Crookedsteer - Al Jones, a diverse artist residing in Tyro, NC, originally hails from West Virginia. Growing up in Winston-Salem's rural south side, Al discovered her love for drawing at 8, capturing her surroundings' essence. Old country stores, old-timers, and eras gone by hold a special place in her heart, making her feel connected to a different time. Childhood road trips to West Virginia left indelible landscapes in her memory, lingering like ghosts.
